Background: I revamped a resume for a young lady who had been unemployed for several months. During our discussion, she shared with me that she applied to several companies to no avail.
Last week, I received a message from her informing me that she received a job offer. Out of curiosity, I asked what version of her resume was used to land the job. She said, the resume used to apply to the position she was offered was the one provided by Virtuous Consulting Services, LLC. She went on to say, “Actually, it’s the only job I applied for after you sent me the revised resume. And they called me”!!!
